Kathryn Cartini is a service-oriented venture capitalist, business owner and 20-year sales and operations professional.
As the co-founder of Chloe Capital, Kate helped build a venture capital firm with an impact fund for women-led technology companies, and fundraising accelerators that sparked a global Movement to #InvestInWomen. Chloe Capital is backed by leading institutions including Bank of America, and has a portfolio of early-stage investments valued at over $1B.
In addition, Kate is the founder of Peacock Media, a content strategy and operations firm, and a venture partner with Republic, the world’s largest crowdfunding platform.
She is an avid speaker for justice and equality, and an instructor of the National Science Foundation I-Corps program at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
As a performance coach, Kate helps venture-backed founders and executives win real ROI in business and life.
